Best online multiplayer and campaign game on xbox (in my opinion)

Hello everyone, in this article I will be talking about the best online multiplayer game and the best campaign game on xbox for me
Just for context, Xbox is a gaming brand developed by Microsoft which consists of an entire line of consoles, an online cloud gaming service (basically allows you to play video games on your web browser),  and a lot of other things. In this blog post I will be talking about games that I have played on the xbox one.

1) BEST ONLINE MULTIPLAYER GAME: Fortnite

This is an absolute classic video game that has become one of the most famous video games in the world. Usually, it has about 1 million concurrent players ( number of players playing it at the same time). It is a battle royale game, which means that 100 players land on an island, they find weapons and medic supplies to fight each other, and try to survive until the end, the last man (or team standing wins). 
But unlike typical battle royales, such as PUBG or Call of Duty Warzone, Fortnite puts a creative twist on the classic genre by giving players the ability to build structures such as walls, stairs, cones and floors (below is an example of something that can be built in-game).

 This basically allows a lot of new mechanics to be possible in the game ( such as 90s, turtling, tapping, water falling, etc) and this twist makes the game really interesting in my opinion. I really enjoy learning all of these new mechanics as there is always something new to learn in the game and get even better. Another fun aspect in this game is the ability to play with your friends online and I really enjoy playing this game with by friends on the weekend. Lastly, epic games (the developers of Fortnite), recently added a new feature called UEFN (Unreal Engine for Fortnite) which is essentially an edition tool that can be used to create virtually any sort of mini-game within the main game, and these "mini-games" are really fun to play as well since every day more and more of these are created by members of the community.

2) BEST CAMPAIGN GAME: Assassin's Creed Odyssey

This is for me one of the best campaign games on xbox. This installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise takes place in ancient Greece. This game follows the adventure of the mercenary Alexios or Kassandra who get involved in the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta in ancient Greece. Along the way, the mercenary has to uncover and destroy a secret cult known as the Cult of Kosmos. To help in the journey, the mercenary acquires a powerful weapon: the spear of Leonidas, which grants the character god like abilities (such as teleportation or slowing down time). 

I really enjoyed this game because of the stunning visuals ( every scenery in the game looks sublime and epic) but also because of the really captivating storyline of the game ( there are quite a few plot twists and betrayals ). But the game itself is really fun as the powers in the game are really fun to use and there are also  bunch of boss fights in the game that can become really challenging. 

The amount of customization for your character is another aspect that I really enjoyed as you can unlock all sorts of abilities to become a strong assassin, hunter or warrior  and you can even customize all your weapons by putting engravings on them (which are essentially like magic spells that enhance the weapons' abilities).
