It's been so so long.. I haven't written in ages but I saw an article that I found interesting and I think could help a lot of us( well hope it does)
So this article was talking about a teacher who gave his students a list of ways to cope with stress , because to be honest,sometimes school can be really stressful, and stress is something unhealthy for us, so trying to deal with it is a good thing.
And that made me think of how Mrs Choffrut does almost the same thing for us ( helping us deal with stress).
The beginning of the year is kind of stressful, it's like you don't have time for yourself, you're tired ( If you haven't feel the stress and tiredness yet, don't worry it will surely come, you can't escape it and as Mrs Choffrut will say '' It is completely normal'' )
I read the list that the teacher gave and it's fun, there are many good ideas in the list, and here is the list :
