As you know, we flew to Belfast yesterday.
Our plane was customized with golden designs, we felt like stars...
The trip was long but went well.
To make it even more interesting, some people provided some action by forgetting they had cissors and a kitchen knife in their handbags and almost forgetting their laptop at one of the security check-throughs of Heathrow. Some explanations and apologies and it turned out fine.
Can you guess who it was?
Yes, you've got it. It was mostly my doing. It serves me right for giving such lenghthy lectures on security and responsibility. ;-p
At the moment, everyone is enjoying the week-end with their host families.
I know, you're eager to discover Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Here's a few photos I took for starters
Live music at St George's market. Granted, it's no traditional Irish music but very atmospheric and to my taste.
Our choice of films was slightly different.
Divergent for the girls.
The Grand Budapest Hotel for me which I highly recommend.
I'm sure everyone is having a great time and I look forward to hearing all about it on Monday.
I'll make sure they keep you posted as well...
Best,
Mrs. C
