Hello everyone !
Today, I’m gonna show you THE BEST brownie recipe you’ll ever see. It’s really easy to make, and trust me, it’s delicious.
For this recipe you’re gonna need :
. A pan that goes in the oven
. 120g of nuts of your choice (hazelnuts are perfect)
. 120g butter
. 180g dark baking chocolate ("dulcey" chocolate is used in the original recipe, but it's quite hard to find)
. 60g brown sugar (or normal sugar)
. 2 eggs
. 60g T55 flour
First of all, you’re gonna heat your oven to 160°, and roast your nuts for 10/15min. This will really bring out all the flavor of your nuts.
While your nuts roast, melt the butter with 60g of the chocolate in your pan. When it has melted together, turn your heat off.
Add your eggs and your sugar to your melted preparation, and stir it together. If your mix isn’t totally homogeneous yet, it’s normal.
Now chop the rest of the chocolate in little pieces. They don’t have to be perfect, just not too big.
Do the same thing with your nuts when they are ready (careful, they will be hot).
Once you have your little pieces of nuts and chocolate, put the 2/3 of them in your pan (keep the rest for later) add the flour and stir your preparation.
Finally, top your brownie off with the rest of chocolate and nuts.
Put it in the oven for 25min at 160° again (make sure you’ve preheated your oven).
Wait a bit that the brownie cools down before eating it.
