Back with the youtube-thing... But now for music channels.
As I told in my last article, I spend most of my time on YouTube. But I don't only watch videos : I also listen to a lot of music.
The great thing with YouTube is that it's a place for creation and new talents. So, let's forget the official VEVO channels and discover some not-so-official talented music-makers !
(by alphabetical order, because the alphabet is fun)
331Erock
331Erock is a cover channel.
More precisely, a metal cover channel.
He takes any song and makes it meet his electric guitar: he calls his videos "[Title] Meets Metal".
(with for example "Tetris Meets Metal" or "Beethoven's 5th (Movement 1) Meets Metal") and they really are amazing.
But you know what the best thing is ? It's not his music (even though it's very, very great) : It's the way he looks happy when he plays it.
Ashestoashesjc
... or Ashe (because this name I don't have to copy-paste) is a cover channel.
Ashe is a singer, who sings mostly Jazz and Vocaloid (or sometimes both... Yes, he does that).
Whether you like the song or not, his videos will always be enjoyable, for he has an amazing voice.
Lindsey Stirling
I'm pretty sure you've already heard of her.
She now has released two albums, but she started her career on YouTube.
She is a violonist who plays almost any kind of music, and really, it's beautiful.
She works a lot on the realisation of her videos, so check her channel out ! You won't regret it.
Peter Hollens
He is an A-Capella singer, meaning he doesn't use any instrumental : only his voice.
His videos are incredible : with only one voice, he recreates an entire music and song.
Some people know him for his appearences in some of Lindsey Stirling's videos, but I personally discovered him before, and then Lindsey because of their videos together.
SirHamnet
... or Ham, is also a cover channel.
Ham is a great singer in general, and she sings Vocaloid, videogames songs, and writes some parodies.
If you like videogames and anime, you might love her channel !
The Living Tombstone
This channel's owner creates his own music, being inspired from popular videogames or Memes.
He has a special style, which might bug some of you, but I really think it's amazing.
I'm in love with his Five Night at Freddy's songs !
Una whut
... or Una, is also a cover singer.
She mostly sings videogames songs, and maybe some Vocaloid.
She has a beautiful and sweet voice, so even if you don't know where the songs are from, you might love them !
I think that's enough.
I could have added some parodies channels but I thought it wasn't really the subject, so ask me if you want to discover some ! Then I'll be over with my youtube-thing. Wait until I have discovered new ones.
Tell me if you have any questions, or if you know another music-maker I might like !
Dana
Have you heard of a band called Pentatonix? they are like Peter Hollens they are incredibly talented :)

DeleteI think I've already heard that name... I'll definitely check them out !
DeleteI agree, they're wonderful (although I prefer other musicians/singers, like Erock and PelleK, whom Kellian also mentions. Why are you always commenting before me Kellian, why ?)
DeleteBecause I don't have anything to do with my life outside of the school, so I'm always on the blog... Also, I cannot make a picture of you in my head, can you describe yourself a little bit please (yes I know this is kinda weird/creepy)
Delete"Kinda creepy"
DeleteI'd like to be able to tease you about this but I'm sure someone would give me away so here I go, answering your creepy demand x) I'm a girl in première with brown hair that is just long enough to go past my shoulders, brown eyes, and we talked once or twice, so you should know me, now can you figure out/remember my name ? (I couldn't resist, sorry)(and anyways I just realised that only secondes have commented here yet so my classmates are not here a lot, hahaha)
DeleteEroooooooock!!!!! Gosh this guy is one of my favorite guitarist! Also, you should check out a channel called PelleK, it's a singer with a voice... sorry i don't find the word to describe his voice, it's really something! He does metal cover of famous songs/anime/cartoons openings... he also did some featuring on Erock's videos!
