Hi,

Today I'll present Dressmaker! As I'm writing the article the game is still a free prototype but a full version is in progress!

This is a cozy game where you can design and sew dresses according to the customer's needs (or you can go freestyle if you want). It is not a story-based game and is very beginner friendly. (Nothing really hard on the Windows version just clicking buttons and moving the mouse.) All the images shown are from the official page.

In terms of game-play you will be met with a customer announcing the theme and requirement of their dress. (The key words appear in bold and color.) (Yes you can interact with the cat!!!)

You will then create the pattern for the dress by customizing the sleeves, skirt, bodice and collar. Then you are able to choose fabrics references for the parts and coloring the base.

The next step is to then cut the pieces onto the fabric you chose using the most efficient combination in order to save up fabric!

Once you've cut the entirety of your shapes in your desired materials we move to the assembling and sewing part. On the bodice you drag the pieces and then click on the icon to sew the patterns together. For sewing, you have to move your mouse as accurately as possible to make straight lines and not going overboard the fabric.

Once you've completed all the sewing you can appreciate your design and add accessories!!! You can get very creative!
