Melanie Adele Martinez is an American singer and songwriter. Born in Astoria, Queens, and raised in Baldwin, New York, Martinez rose to fame in 2012 after appearing on the American television vocal talent show The Voice.
Melanie writes a lot of emo and alternative music , She has written multiple songs which have gotten over 5 million views each.
The first song she ever posted on youtube is called ‘Dollhouse’ and it was an instant hit and it has now gotten 351 million views .
She has influenced a lot of people and has become very popular.
She is one of my favorite song writers and artists , She has a very angelic voice and I enjoy her music .
I highly recommend her music to anyone interested in expanding their playlist !

If you also like her you might also like Aurora, she is a wonderful sweet from Norway and her most famous song which you probably heard of is runaway
