Competition!

Hello Charlie!
I'm here to announce an amazing competition with a fantastic prize! I have acquired a photo of a fine woman singer (with great vocal technique!), and am prepared to give it away as a prize to the person who is the biggest fan of this singer, who may or may not be very well-known. You should write articles about your favourite singers and why you like them, your connection with them etc. If someone writes a great article about this unknown singer, then you get the picture! List your 5 favourite female singers and write about as many of them as possible. That way, we can spread the love, write about music, and find out about new singers, or see ones we think we know in a new light.

or the wonderful Bobbie Gentry (OK, not many recent ones there, but the picture could well be of someone recent, and whose name doesn't begin with B). So get writing, either as a commentary on this article, or, of course your own article!
