So let's say that you've never seen any in your whole life. The questions you must have been asking yourself your whole life are : why have I never seen any ? Where are they ? How do they look like ? Do they really exist ?
We are going to answer those questions. First of all I'm going to tell you that yes, they exist. You might have never seen any, like a lot of people (I think I'm going to do a survey) but they do exist.
Now let's move on to the most important and interesting thing. HOW DO THEY LOOK LIKE ?
THEY ARE SO CUTE ! (please, do not judge me)
Now that we have seen the most interesting part of the article, let's go further in our babies' pigeons documentary !
Why do we never see them, or very rarely ? Where do they live ? Are they invisible ? Do they live in hidden places where the humanity have never been ?
Well, the answer is very simple.... They spend their times until maturity in their nests, against the trusses of huge bridges and the sides of tall buildings. Yes, they live with us, but we have never seen any.

I didn't see any baby pigeons in my whole life, fifteen years without seeing one baby pigeon, life is crazy isn't it?! But when I think about it, there is pigeons everywhere in the street, they can't be born adult so that's quite logical that baby pigeon exists...

I feel ashamed I've never seen a baby pigeon before.. can you realize ? I think it's degrading for these poor pigeons, I mean when you give birth to such a cute thing you want to show it to the whole world ! but today almost 90% of the world population has not seen a baby pigeon ever. It's revolting.. we should do something about it, here's a new existential issue humanity has to face.

ReplyDeleteI have nerver seen one either, I am not judging or anything but I think it's not cute at all, well I have to say that I am part of the group of people who thinks that human babys (just out of the mothers belly) are disgusting.. To my mind even kittens are horrible. It makes me laugh beacuse each time I say that, everyone is shoked.
ReplyDeleteI had never seen baby pigeons before but those pictures honestly made my day :). It also shows how so many things live on our planet that no one or barely anyone knows about. I hate actual adult pigeons because they're everywhere but those little guys are so cute I can't hate them.

OMG!!! They are so UGLY and disturbing! Their beck is huge and awful! Actually, the first baby pigeon is frightening me.

The pigeons don't really attract me cause they don't stop pooing in the middle of the street and even, once I remember when I was like 10 years old, my school supervisor got a poo on the arm and another one in her hair, so if I have to make a choice between my budgies and the baby pigeones, I clearely choose my little sweety babys
Two Pigeons are born on my balcony and during the lockdown and I observed their growth. The fact that pigeons chirp for most of their young period (from their birth to the moment when they flew off into the city). Now that I give them food, they come to my balcony and I am able to observe them and their society.

ReplyDeletei find it funny that you do an articloe about baby pigeons and i realize that nobody ever see them but back then when i was 10 or 11 i was living in a flat and had baby pigeons living on our balcony. i was finding them pretty gross and hnot cute at all but after watching them growing up i kind end up liking them. we even named them (riri fifi and loulou like in pixou).But yes they really exist and we can actually see some sometimes.
