An apple monodiet



Hey!

A monodiet is the fact to only eat one type of aliment during one or several days in order to purify your body. The apple monodiet is very famous for its positive results. Monodiets help the body to clean and to get rid of all the toxins.



Why choose the apples?

- apples are hunger pangs so it is easy to only eat this during several days without being hungry
-  apples are reputed to protect the intestins, renew the intestin flora
- they are full of fibres and water

Well it seems like a perfect desintoxication!

I personnaly do believe that what is being put in our plates is (most of the time) unhealthy because it had been through industry, pesticides and most of the aliments which are consumed nowadays which have been geneticaly changed because of the use we made of them.
To realize a monodiet for some days can only be good for your body because fruits are healthy (if not geneticaly changed...) and they enable a complete regeneration of the body.

I tried it last week during one day and I have to admit that the 8th apple was hard to eat since the taste became too common and it just made me want to throw up!
But I definetly felt release because my body was purer and I was way less tired!

Next step for me is to eat only apples during 3 complete days and after why don't try with grapes?

  2. I'm not completly sure about this technique... It might look healthy, but I still thing it's better to change our alimentation in general. It could be a little slow, but it would last our entire lives.
