Interesting youtube channels!

Hey Charlie!

Not a longtime ago, I've discovered some youtube channels that I found really cool and interesting:

In a Nutshell provides some very cool content: basically you learn new stuff about very different topics (mostly scientific) thanks to good visuals and explainations (in english of course lol), here are some examples:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbuUW9i-mHs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEYbgyL5n1g
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlTKTTt47WE
What I like about this channel is that they both create "serious" videos (concrete) or debatable videos, which is super interesting in my point of view.

The second channel is, as the name indicates, rather about history so if you ever doubt on a fact or you need some more precisions in your notes (or if you didn't catch some informations during Mr.Leveque's class don't worry I got you) well this channel is perfect for you!
Once again, what is super cool about their videos is that they have such good visuals that you understand even more what happened etc...So give it a go and tell me what you thought about them!

  1. I recently cheaked out 'In a Nutshell' and really enjoyed their video's. Each one is well thoughout and animated to perfection. The channel covers some extrmemely interesting topics and their videos can definitely give you an existenial crisis. The content they cover really make you think hard about the universe that we live in and what the future might hold. If you haven't alredy I highly recommend that you go cheak out the channel. There is so much to discover!

  2. Thank you for all of these good advices Dana I'm going to suscribe illico! (can we say that in english?). Your article is brief, clear, concise and very pleasant to read (my favorite part is 'in english of course lol' which brings humour and depth to the whole thing). I would have liked to recommend you other good and relevant channels, but I don't know any, so my contribution will be limited.
    See you soon

  4. Dana! What a coincidence! I follow the same channels and I just love them!!!
An other on I quite like is Casually Explained (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr3cBLTYmIK9kY0F_OdFWFQ) for hilarious explanations about LIFE in general, I found it very useful!
An other yotube channel I like is Bill Wurst (https://www.youtube.com/user/billwurtz) because in the same style as abve he talks about things like 'the history of the world' and 'soap tips'...
    These chanels are just hillarious!
And do you know Over Simplified? they, also do history videos with a touch of humor!!!!

Voila voila those are fun channels I like a lot!!
(PS: For music I just LOOVVEEE "COLORS" they find artists from all genres and invite them to play, it's just awesome because it is English German French and I discover new artists very frequently!)

  6. Hey Dana, so I already follow a lot of what has been mentioned but I would have to make some recommendations since I love "useful" channels like Simple History.
So I would recommend AsapSCIENCE (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC552Sd-3nyi_tk2BudLUzA) because science is depicted in a fun way there and even I can understand it which is pretty cool. And I would also like to recommend two channels about a topic less precise. The first one is NowThis World (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC552Sd-3nyi_tk2BudLUzA) which is about Geography but it's mostly about current issues so you basically keep yourself updated on what is going on in the world. And the second is CrashCourse (https://www.youtube.com/user/crashcourse/featured) which is about a lot of different subjects.
Hope you like some of theses!
