HARPER
I imagine, you know "To Kill a Mockingbird." because you've either read the book by Harper Lee or seen its film adaptation by Robert Mulligan. Or both because this book is a bestseller, winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the Academy Award winning movie is a classic.
Many people love it and remember its words and message:
This book was the only one by Harper Lee and everyone believed that it would remain so until a few days ago.
A sudden bolt from the blue! A sequel to the book is to be published next summer (on Bastille day) and this causes much ado.

Lots of food for thoughts in these articles, isn't it?
Will you read the sequel or not? I don't know yet myself but I'm sure to pick up To Kill a Mockingbird and read it again soon.
Best,
Mrs. C.

i recommend "To kill a mocking bird" which is a very touching novel... I will probably read the sequel!
ReplyDeleteSequels are never good ideas in my opinion (Grease 2, Son of the Mask, AVPR even the cute dog in Beethoven II didn't improve the movie ... )
