Today I wanted to write to you about something I really care about : Verbs.
According to dictionary.com, the verb is the key word in most sentences, it is the word that reveals what is happening. It can declare something, ask a question, convey a command, or express a wish. (the possibilities is infinite, it's unbelievable)
I think verbs are very useful so I use them on a daily basis, they help me make all kinds of sentences and allow me to express myself correctly, which is a good thing.
I've found this amazing document in my english textbook and I thought it'd be nice to share it with you : it's about irregular verbs. We tend to underestimate their value as intellectual OIB students but they are actually quite helpful in everyday-life, so here is page 268 of Meeting Point, Anglais B1/B2 by Edition Hatier. There are about 50 verbs here, from "be" to "learn" (one of my favourites) so you can read and enjoy them.
I hope you guys enjoyed my pertinent and relevant article, see you soon and don't forget to use verbs.
