Dear Charlie,
As you know, the OIB is celebrating Christmas on Friday, December 18th during the lunch break.
We're meeting at 12:00 in DS 1 for some Christmas fun!!
There's going to be many of us so we need to plan a little so that things run as smoothly as possible
So, I'd like you all to volunteer in different teams.
Team 1: Music: playlist, stereo, dj
Team 2: Entertainment: (volunteers from the drama club?) a small Christmas pantomime? a Christmas karaoke? a Christmas sharing game (I'll explain the rules)
Team 3 Dress up and photographers: collecting Christmas accessories for great Christmas photos and taking them.
Team 4 & Team 5: Decoration : collecting it and decorating the room
Team 6 & Team 7: food & soft drinks organisation
Making sure that everyone brings something (including napkins, plates etc.) but not the same thing, that nothing is missing and organising the possible redistribution of food.
Team 8 : Secret Santa gift distribution. Collecting the gifts and organising the distribution
Team 9 & Team 10: Cleaning up (the room is to be spotless when we leave)
I would like each team to consist of 6 pupils from the different year groups with a captain.
Come to me asap to volunteer. Some already have. It's a first come, first served basis.
