Poetry in Marseille

Dear Charlie,

A few days ago, I went to visit the exhibit "Futurs" at the Vieille Charité which Céline rightly recommended a while ago on the blog.

I truly enjoyed it but I also made a discovery.

 I discovered that the Vieille Charité also hosts the CIPM, an international center dedicated to poetry  with a great library with a lot of English-speaking poetry (and of course poetry in French and other foreign languages as well ;p)

You cannot take out any books but you can sit and read as long as you wish and it's also open in the summer.

I'll be sure to take you there next year but in the meantime if you guys are  around and looking for something to do in the sweltering afternoons of the Marseille summer, do go.
