Hello Charlie, here is a guide to succeed in BFI and also not quit!
First I want to say that I am experienced because I am now in terminale so this is all very useful information. Nonetheless you might find that it is not at all useful.
If so I guess you’ll make your own experience and figure out other tips that you might add to these.
Be named Alice. (1)
That was the first step to be accepted in BFI. I guess it’s too late. But anything starting with “Alis” works really (even if it still is too late). If I am not mistaken we have 4 Alices, 1 Alicia, and 1 Alyssa. I guess it’s because they have some kind of secret ability (I wouldn’t know because it’s a secret) so you should try it out
Do use the crying corner(2)
I mean it’s here so
(And I don’t mean the toilets there actually is a crying corner, it’s way fancier)
Just go for it(3)
In literature, if you’re feeling desperate and out of inspiration in class or when writing your presentation, DO NOT PANIC. You can say just about anything and make it work. Mrs C said you just have to make it literary
Find out what “make it Literary”means (4)
I still wonder what that means so I usually just go back to (3)
Read while walking (5)
I discovered this and have taken up the habit and it’s pretty cool because apart from running straight into people, you can optimise time.
It’s quite sad actually.
Ask Mr Leah about the autograph story (6)
You’ll have to take my word on this one (bonus points guaranteed)
We never get bonus points (7)
I’ve been attempting to corrupt teachers for 2 years and I have failed systematically so do not try to ask for the story about the autograph because it doesn’t work
Get a magic wand (8)
I guess it would be pretty handy for a lot of things like stopping time or adding 4h to a day (for sleep) but I sadly lost mine when I was all but 10. Also lots of Harry Potter fans so you’ll make friends!

ReplyDeleteOf course! It’s at the back corner of 307, there’s a sign on the door leading to the next room. They thought they could escape but in fact the door is locked! So it became a crying corner

Thanks for your advices, even if it is, indeed a little late for the « Be named alis something » one. But I'll try following the others ! I'll really have to check the crying corner because I think it will be quite handy during my three years in the BFI section.. But anyway, thank you for making me smile a little reading this article, I don't have a magic wand, but at least I know I'm not alone.
